This is Patches, a horse residing on my aunt and uncle's farm right outside of Stafford Kansas. Patches will tolerate you being there, but backs off when you get in too close with your invasive wide-angle lens. Photo taken last Sunday evening, 6/21/09 a little after 7:30 pm.

I figured it good to inject a bit of "life" into these rural scenes. I have another photo with a deer in a wheat field staring back at my telephoto lens too.
